2. No inappropriate skins, offensive comments (profanity, including acronyms and substitutions) or builds (swastikas, Hitler statues, certain body parts, etc.), and try to avoid caps and spamming. Note that this rule does not apply in private messages, as long as all players involved approve.

• If players have an offensive skin, they will be asked to change it. If they do not within a reasonable amount of time, they will be banned.
  
• Players will receive at most three warnings for offensive comments, after which they will be banned for a week. If they continue after their temporary ban is up, they will be permanently banned.
  
• Full caps in a sentence should be avoided when possible, but they are tolerated if done at a reasonable level and not frequently.
  
• Using caps in an obvious attempt to annoy other players will result in a temporary ban of one week, and further attempts will result in a permanent ban.
  
• Inappropriate builds will be destroyed, with no compensation for materials. Depending on the circumstances, this may result in a permanent ban.
  

3. Do not use mods (such as x-ray, or flight), hacks, or exploits that give you an unfair advantage over other players. Also, do not duplicate items or attempt to duplicate items in worlds where this is applicable.

• If a player is suspected of using x-ray or a similar plugin, they will be banned permanently.
  
• If a player duplicates an item intentionally, they will be banned permanently.
  

4. Show respect and toleration for other players. This includes avoiding subjects that are highly controversial, such as religion or politics. Do not insult other players (unless asked for a truly honest opinion). Note: Discussions about these subjects are acceptable as long as they are in private messages, and as long as all players involved approve.

• After an offense in this category, players will be given a warning, a kick, and then a temporary 1 week ban for mild offenses. After that one week ban, if the behavior continues, there will be a permanent ban.
  
• For serious offenses of this rule, the punishment will be an automatic permanent ban.
  

5. Have fun.

• Failure to do so will result in execution by firing squad.
  

• Attempting to avoid a ban by logging in on a different account, will result in an automatic permanent ban no matter the offense.
  
• You are responsible for access to your account. Saying that your brother, or sister, or friend was on your account and broke the rules is not an excuse.
  
• A punishment on the tekkit server will apply to the main server, and vice versa.
