Do we have to apply on the forums or in-game simply by asking an op?

The first four ranks I listed can be given out by ops in-game. The last three will be decided upon by the Architect Review Team - a group of 5 OPs/Admins.

No there is no cooldown period between these ranks.

Is there a forum post of all the actually server rank names? So so we type /manuadd player-name-here rank .. I tried /manuadd player-name builder and it said "builder" rank doesn't exist. I'll add this info for OPs to our wiki once I know it all.
