Just to Post my Opinions Again ~
Speaking of which,
Fly has been someone in the Main World has been something that has been a privilege and given to those who have earned it.
But yes, given my earlier posts about the Main World losing its player popularity, I believe that having Fly in the Main World should be allowed for normal players.
I like the idea where Fly should be given to those who have achieved a certain Rank.
Perhaps like the Architect Rank, expect less harder to achieve.
Perhaps a suggestion of a Rank, But a sort of Citizen Rank is a good idea. This Citizen Rank could be a special and trusted rank like Honored given to players, Although whether it should come between Member and Honored, or after Honored, Im not sure. It would give the players something to achieve, a goal for them. It'll allow them to spend more time in Main World to achieve that Citizen Rank should it be called that, Then once the Rank has been given to them, Im sure the Main World will have its own popularity restored, slowly but certainly.

I think that maybe also Artisans should be given this ability because it could help them achieve MasterBuilder, Jr.Architect, and eventually even Archictect

I think the command should be rewarded out to people you know can build without fly i mean you dont actually need fly in common gameplay. Mainly the occasional building. I think the builDing ranks like architect should only have them.
