you dont need to download them to play on the server. and go to www.minecraftmods.com
and galaxy is a admin? O_0

Galaxy is a temporary admin filling in for Ethan right now. Any mod that gives you an advantage over other players or changes how the game functions (such as that tree cutting mod) is not allowed. I'm fairly certain most of those won't work without the server supporting them as well.
