Anything new underground etc. can be found in pre existing worlds
You just need to go to areas in your world where chunkes have never been loaded

That's what it's always been like sim .-. I doubt we will any of the new things on CFEW because of the world border everyone has gone everywhere you can go in the worlds..

No benj that just reloads them, it doesnts replace or create new ones. If doing f3 + B created a new chunk then anything you placed, etc in the 16x16 chucnk would be removed or simply replaced.
You would have to travel and find a new chunk to be able to get a new updates naturally generated stuff.

Bukkit has been having some legal issues lately, so it is unlikely that the server will be updating any time soon. At this point it isn't even clear if there will be a craftbukkit build for 1.8.
