I spoke with kakiblaf, and he owned up to it. I didn't ban however, since the reason why he did this was revenge, after being bothered by dominic. I told him this was not a good reason for it, and that really I should have banned him, but instead gave him a chance, to give back what he broke. I also said that if he is having troubles playing with dominic, to just ignore him in the future, and that if he does something such as grief back to kakiblaf in the future, to just report him.
Overall I'd consider this resolved, but it needs to be monitorred. I want to know that kakiblaf makes up to dominic like I asked. I won't close the report, in case this changes, but for now, kakiblaf does NOT need to be banned, unless it is found that he griefs again.

Update - found that kakiblaf had griefed again on another build. I told him about it, told him the forum url, and he stated that he did not care. Practically wasn't listening and also swore, no more chances. Flevo also owned up to griefing dominic, possibly more, and also stated he didn't care, so banned as well. Case closed, they were both told about the forums, if they change their minds about not caring, the option of appealing is open to them.
Edit - Flevo4 was the person who came to me saying about the grief on dominic's building. I am disappointed to hear he also had a part in it. I have a screenshot if needed, but I won't post it due to the bad language. If further evidence is needed, I can filter out the language and post it, but I don't think it is necessary right now.

ok there were some signs in dutch in front of the grief which say:

What do you think, still needs a cherry :3
