I spoke to hunter, and found out that the reason he broke bryn's cobblestone was because of how bryn had actually overlapped one of his own buildings with hunter's. Hunter had not zoned his building, and bryn had claimed a beach area, which interfered with hunter's building, as well as overlapping a portion of his towers. Upon inspection with lb, I found that in general, hunter had in fact been building there first. I warned hunter against destroying other players' buildings, before told him to contact bryn about the overlap, and interference. I also left signs for bryn explaining that the two players will have to work something out between each other.
I don't think any action to ban should be taken, but something will need to be discussed with them both. With Hunter I've already discussed not breaking other people's property, but bryn should also be spoken to about building and zoning inconsiderately.
