2. Around 17-18 days ago, time unknown.
3. Using an X-Ray resource pack.
4. I had the X-Ray pack previously downloaded from a few months ago and saw it, I got tempted.
5. Banned once before for entering a house, being asked to leave, left, op tpohered me back and I got banned for it.
6. No additional information.
