Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2017) - GumbleyAthan - 04-12-2017
After seeing a leaked trailer for the upcoming Battlefront game, it made me want to make this thread to discuss what I personally am most excited for from this game. Keep in mind this trailer could be fake. However seeing the quality of the trailer and the fact that it uses the Frostbite engine to run it (also used in the current Battlefront game) it would cost way to much for someone to do it only for trolling purposes. Anyways, lets begin.
Story Mode
Something that was lacking in the current Battlefront was quality content. It had no story mode, only missions that are quite hard to keep satisfied with if you don't have Xbox Live or PlayStation Plus. It has already been confirmed by the developers at DICE and the other companies working with them that there will indeed be a full on campaign mode. Whether this will be a massive 50+ hour campaign or a simple 1-10 hour campaign, we don't know yet. It will however be nice to play offline with some sort of objective.
Eras
In this leaked trailer, it showed off all of the main Eras (doesn't include The Old Republic), including the Clone Wars era which I am beyond excited about. The Clone War era alone has enough content to build an entire game. It could range to the beginning of the Clone Army at the Battle of Geonosis all the way up to the rise of the Empire. It could even include missions from the Clone Wars animated series. I do feel like, however, with three trilogies in the game that it will be a watered down version of the era, with just simple stuff. Whatever happens, I think it will please many fans. Myself included.
Graphics
I typically am not a very graphics heavy person. If a game has good graphics then sure, that's always a plus. If it doesn't though I usually don't mind. In my mind, a game should be based on the quality of the gameplay, not just the graphics. But with the combination of these great graphics and a good amount of gameplay (from what we've seen) I think it will be a very immersive game that makes you feel like you are really there.

There were 2 desert maps, but the one with the cafè was bae. So many memories from it. Can't really member any bad maps
