This is not the first time that Gameplan has been dishonest. Earlier this month he bought many blocks of diamonds from a player even though he knew that person was a hacker.

I really didn't know.. I was just joking around. he sold me like 10 stacks worth of diamonds, so i said to someone else "I got these diamonds from a hacker lolXD" not really knowing. How could I know?

Hey there, I know this is really bad. I am really ashamed of what I did as I should be.
There are a couple of things I want to say. first, I have destroyed my xray (or got rid of it) as soon as I could. I have no excuse for what I did, but hopefully you could give me a second chance as you have in the past. Or if anything I would be glad to recieve a de-mote, anything to regain my trust. I will return the diamonds and money i have got unlegitly. If I am ever cought using an xray again, I won't be sceptical about the "death penalty" or banned forever.
Most of my time on this awesome server, I have been building other than using the "xray". I think of this server as a place to go when your bored, a place to create new ideas. Not to use the "xray". There for, I am glad to get rid of my xray. If this is ever taken into consideration, rather than building i'll be helping out the staff or Aeonex, my favorite admin. In my opinion, I dont think i should get the "death penalty" for this stupid mistake.
I love this server, by far one of or the greatest servers I have played. These are the reasons: The unique in game experience that this server delivers. for example: B1, b2, b3..... Another reason is this amazing staff! I love every single op/mod/amin. Where ever you are they find away to help you. Their always there to zone your land and answer your eager questions. With the amazingly organized staff and the unique server, is what makes this server my favorite.
Thing is, I dont want to leave this awesome server. The thought sickens me to the stomache. I dont want to get the "death penalty" and be banned forever. I dont want to leave behind The unique experience this server has or the awesome/amazing staff and players, especially over my stupid mistake. If I get a second chance if any staff members need help PLEASE ask me. I want to regain my trust that I have lost. Until then.

Why would a player/hacker tell you not to tell anyone if the diamonds were legit?
You are denying that you knew you bought the diamonds from a hacker. However, someone asked you if you got the diamonds from a hacker and you said: "Yeah i guess".

Isn't there's plugin to disable X-ray hacks? Aeon, if you are interest, BACK UP THE MAP! If the plugin fails or something it will just remove all the oresonthe map.

To me, the appeal kinda seems like you're just sucking up so we'll unban you...

He was warned and all the diamonds were destroyed. I will have to go into his caveshop and remove all xray'ed materials.

To be honest, I don't know why he didnt want me to tell anyone that i just bought diamonds from him. Why is the earth round? Like I said I was really happy about the full diamond chest I had. So i started talking out my but and people were saying "you must of got it from a hacker". Then again it was along time ago I'm sorry if i didn't get the exact sentence. So i followed up by saying "yeah i guess" I was just happy about the full diamond chest I had, than to think about the little things like "was that guy a hacker" why would i care i just got TONS of diamonds.

I'm disgusted with this kind of behavior... and I don't mind saying so.
Ppl dont install x-ray 'by mistake' Players that have been around out server any time at all, certainly know that that kind of thing is definitely prohibited.
Pls who flaunt those rules or make excuses are just showing that they don't respect the admins or the server by their behavior.
I'm sorry isn't enough. and scapegoating or saying well other ppl do it too, or I was duped into buying hacked stuff....etc is just lame.
You screwed up, own up. take responsibility
*just my two cents*
This might seem harsh to some, but I'm really frustrated with ranks racing, lack of respect and flaunting or well known server rules just cause ppl might not get caught.

alright, thanks. I'm trying to take responsiblity, like I said i have got rid of my xray and i'm willing to help people to regain my trust. If thats not enough, please tell me what i can do. I know you have gave people second chances for xray as i have read in the past Appeals.
