2. Approximately what time and date were you banned?: Sorry, I'm not sure
3. Why were you banned?: Cursing and other items
4. Explain why you performed the actions which led to your ban.: Honestly, I'm sorry and I'm sincerely sorry about this
5. Have you been banned before? If so, for what?: Hmmm not sure about this one
6. Can you add any additional details that may help us make a decision.: I'm sincerely sorry about the things I have done it was a bad move on my part I can promise I'll be fairly active and be a lot nicer than before
