IMO, to even be considered, he'd have to apologize for cursing a lot in the channel when he gets mad, and for screaming really nasty things to ALL the staff.
AND, he'd have to promise not to do it again.
And no revenge.
Honestly, I feel bad for the kid.
He had a legitimate Issue, one I hope I never have.
The entire staff was kissing his butt and doing everything they could POSSIBLY do, to make things right for him.
However, he got really mad, like some kids do.
He got madder and madder until he went out of control and started cursing.
That was his mistake, it forced staff a reason to ban him.
He'll have to do a lot of convincing that instead of making him madder, it's made him better now.
He had an Issue, and he handled it poorly. Unacceptably in fact.
He'll probably never have an issue like that again, and I admit, I liked the kid ok before this happened.
If he promised not to do it again and accepted our apologies and gave one himself, I'd be ok with it.
But, keep in mind, this is HIS ban appeal, it's not supposed to be about how much you want the kid back for reasons.
He needs to write it if he wants to come back.
Unless of course Lily lifts the Ban Hammer.

Yes, what oah said, talking reason did not work, he still cursed and spammed, and "want old staff back" and other not so nice things.
Everyone has to follow the rules, no matter if joined a month ago, 10 years ago, or being Guest or Admin.
Of course, the action taken when breaking rules differ, depending on which rank a person is.
Fun fact: his claim of "player favouritism" also applied for him then, since he was banned quite late?
The explosion damage was "fixed" already, and the stealing of 3 items (anvil, quartz and a blue bed) did not even involve him (and were given back)
Next time please listen if I need something from you, like proof, instead of "wanting old staff back" and not being helpful (more insultung than giving information)
And I won't ban someone without any proof.
