Cmoose154 will be banned for abuse/spamming /time command. I warned a few times, told them they're facing tempban and would be perm banned if they kept it up (I didn't know who was doing it, an admin has confirmed who) and they kept going. Cmoose may appeal, but they're facing at least 2 weeks for it. If they don't appeal, it'll be perm.
If an OP sees cmoose online before me, explain how to appeal on the forums and that they're being banned for spamming /time and then ban them. Whoever does so please reply to this with "banned".

yes, that meant the 26th of last month. Since he hadn't appealed, I didn't bother unbanning. I do temp bans differently cause of my forgetfulness =) plus it forces rule breakers to at least show a little bit of effort to get back on the server ...mostly the laziness though. Unbanned.
