sonny has been banned for xray hack/texture packs. I watched him dig directly to gold ore. He doesn't deny it and claims to have thought the texture pack was allowed.

hi everybody,
I'm not gonna deny it the X-ray texture pack was turned on, I thought it was allowed but it appears not. I did not excessively use this texture pack and my render distance was on short so i could only see close ores. What happened was i was doing my big hole as some of you may know about when i saw a bit of iron sticking out of the floor so i mined it and it turned out there was a lot of iron in that cluster then i used X-ray to see if there was any I had missed there wasn't but i saw some gold about 4 blocks away so I got that and then i was banned. I apologise as I am now aware that the x-ray texture pack is not allowed and I will no longer use it.

Exactly what made you think X-ray texture packs were allowed on the server? There's a rule about no X-ray and I'm pretty sure there's also a rule about common sense.

I am very sorry that I never took the time to read the signs and if I was to be unbanned I would certainly not turn on the x-ray texture pack. My apologies sonnymccann.

But before you OFFICIALLY join the server you need to read and take your time with the rules go to /spawn and check the rules there if your unbanned...

I say a week tempban (it's already been 5 days, just two left) then we let him back. As he said, it doesn't look like he used it too crazily and we are the server of second chances =P *resists urge to yell at tomstr, decides to delete his post though*
