I have found the problem... its mob arena wich wont allow people to break anything or to tp. What mob arena is doing is that it thinks you are still in the arena and wont let you break anything or place or tp. Please do something clown. I tried /ma force end default but that didnt even work so please fix it someone.

Well then just dont go on ma, if you leave then log back in you should be ok

There is still a problem on the server.
There are certain warps where players can't warp to. I tried /warp town and received the following error message: "[Mobarena] Can't warp to the arena during battle!" Aussie also couln't warp to that warp, but Wolve can.
Like Pac said, it's not always possible to tp either.

I'll try to diagnose this ASAP. For now the Mob Arena is uninstalled, but it still seems to be causing and issue. I'll find the answer soon.

Another thing I've noticed, unsure if the two are related or not, but end world doesn't spawn any mobs. No mobs will spawn at all there, neither the endermen, or any ender dragons when attempted to spawn when using the mobspawn command.
