Dutchie, it isn't a case of taking blame, we can find out which accounts make any block changes through one of our plugins. If it happens again through your account, and we find out that grief has taken place, I hate to say it, but that will just be it. As has been said, your account is your responsibility, whether it is you yourself that has used it, or a friend. You need to make sure that your account is secure from other people, as well as to not do any grief yourself, because otherwise we will be left little room to trust that it won't happen again.
Either way, I think I've said enough.
I'll let other OPs have their say if they want to.
If nobody has any objections, I think the ban should be revoked sometime on Thursday. The time should hopefully let the message sink in... Keeping your account safe from others is pretty important, since griefing is something we don't tolerate.

Your talking about giving dutchy another chance but you refuse to give me another chance. After all their is some, not much evidence of dutchy greifing yet no proof of me threatening to "HACK" clowns account. I love this server and I also have no idea how to hack a minecraft account unless it has been loged in on that computer. And yes I have been able to get on the server this whole time. But I respect the server enough not to disobey the ops decisions. And if you don't already know I have apologized to metalicpenguin quite a while ago for "GREIFING" his piston door. And I am willing to do that ever it takes to get unbanned so I can rejoin and once again talk to the many friends I made befor I got banned

Invinsable, I'm sorry to say your ban had been forgotten. I was personally waiting for a formal apology there, and to hear what you would do to make up for the grief (compensate the owner of the building, promise not to grief etc), but also for confirmation from warplayer. He said that what he said was the truth... but this doesn't exactly confirm that you hadn't said you would hack Clown's account. However, instead of placing any more comments here, lets move this back to your old ban report.
Again, I am sorry if you had been forgotten, it isn't easy to keep on top of all ban reports with new ones coming in, they often get pushed to the back if no comments have been placed in them.
Just to reiterate, if you wish to be unabnned, please place a formal apology in your ban section for any damage... and also let us know it will not happen again clearly. At this point, I think your ban appeal is highly likely for consideration, given that you do seem respectful of the rules (from what you have said here with not logging in despite being able to).
