Unless we reenable command blocks we dont use them on CFEW (Disabled). They have caused a lot of issues in the past. People using them to cause issues in lag, griefing, rank, etc. (I think someone shut down the server once?)

Ok this video shows me in 2 different singleplayer worlds. The first one I show you the commands and the custom zombies. The second one is a world I downloaded to show how we could use this. I made a room far away from the pirate ship that has 3 command blocks. The first spawns the boss, the second and third spawn the "henchmen". The Zombies on the ship were distracted by the nearby villagers on the outside of the ship xD. And the boss was fast because I edited his speed attribute, which I probably will change it back so he isn't too fast.

Command blocks will have to be discussed by the Staff because they are currently disabled in CFEW.

@spike - I have spoken to nelson about the possibility of enabling command blocks and asked him to post the video.

Update: Since I made that video I have added command blocks that send messages when the boss is spawned, and when the boss is killed ( it tells who killed the boss). I also added abilities for the boss.
Abilities:
-Slowness- When you are within 3 blocks radius from the boss, you have the potion effect slowness. Once you are out of the radius, slowness goes away.
-Sea Sickness- When the boss has a set amount of health (300-296), you are given the effect nausea. Once you hit the boss a few times the effect will go away.
-Invisibility and Blindness- When the boss has a set amount of health (250-246), you are given the effect blindness and the boss has invisibility (the armor of the boss still shows). Once you hit the boss a few times the effects will go away.
-Lightning Strike- When the boss has a set amount of health (100-96), you are struck by lightning once.
-Poisoning- When the boss has a set amount of health (50-46), you are poisoned for 5 seconds. Once you hit the boss a few times the effect will go away.

So here are the commands for the bosses!
These are to spawn the custom mobs (put commands in the command blocks, with a button on the command block):
Boss: summon Zombie x y z {CustomName:"Boss Name Here",Equipment:[{id:276,tag:{ench:[{id:16,lvl:30}]}},{id:313,tag:{ench:[{id:34,lvl:99}]}},{id:312,tag:{ench:[{id:34,lvl:99}]}},{id:311,tag:{ench:[{id:34,lvl:99}]}},{id:310,tag:{ench:[{id:34,lvl:99}]}}],Attributes:[{Name:generic.maxHealth,Base:350.0}],ActiveEffects:[{Id:1,Amplifier:1,Duration:1000000,Ambient:1},{Id:12,Amplifier:2,Duration:1000000,Ambient:1},{Id:1,Amplifier:2,Duration:1000000,Ambient:1}]}

Minions: summon Zombie x y z {CustomName:"Name Here",Equipment:[{id:276},{id:313},{id:308},{id:307},{id:310}],ActiveEffects:[{Id:1,Amplifier:1,Duration:1000000,Ambient:1},{Id:12,Amplifier:2,Duration:1000000,Ambient:1}]}

That's all for the custom mobs. ( I would suggest spawning 6-8 minions) You can change the weapon of the mobs by changing the first equipment id. 276 is a diamond sword, a diamond axe is 279.

It looks like the boss already has enchanted stuff.. {ench:[{id:16,lvl:30}]}}
