Hey OPs and admins, I know how I've been acting lately on the server... and what I wanted to know was, how many OPs do we have to loose before newcomers come in for OP, its just that ive been seeing posts about OPs moving away, or just getting off the server forever. I also know that a lot of OPs are retiring lately. and thats what got me. So heres my question: how many OPs do we have to loose before the OPs in training get to kitty OP?

There is no certain amount of OPs that have to leave before we start accpting applications. It's whether we need more help moderating the server.

Our server is responsible for all the silly things our OPs do as well. It makes us look bad if one's abusing their powers, breaking the rules or never doing the job they signed up for. Our admins are being careful because of past ...hiccups in our OPs' judgement. Even now we still have OPs breaking rules for one reason or another (either they think they won't be demoted, don't hear the warnings, don't know the rules because they've been gone for a while or a combination of any of those).
More isn't better if they don't behave like OPs should, especially if they're worse than the OPs we already have.
These "applications" have gotten off from the purpose of submitting credentials to the admins to more of persuasion, we need to close them and inform the community to send applications through PM to an admin.
