We are planning to give /weather command to "Honored" (which is what trusted ranks will become). Those who abuse it will lose the command or their rank of "Honored" depending on the severity of the abuse/breach of trust.
Abuse in this context is spamming the command (making it change back and forth) or making it stormy without getting the permission from those on the server first.

Does this mean when I rejoin the server in December I should have access to /weather, finally and also I was thinking making a proper enderdragon spawner in the end and ennabling /fly to T6+ (old rank system) to help with killing it
Just a thought, because in 1.3 theirs gonna be customizable spawners

I have given /weather to our Honoured rank. Use /weather sun to change the weather to sunny. Please don't abuse this command. Spread the word, Enjoy! =)
