-OK, here is how long.
-If you found out you can become EXPERT if you built a giant sugarcane farm in SW,
you'd need to get a lot of stuff.
You'd need pistons and plenty of sugarcane to start.
you'd have to place a lot of buckets of water,
you'd have to dig out or build a place for it,
you'd need a lot of dirt or sand,
I hate making pistons, but not as much as making dispensers.
Then you'd have to make a place to store a lot of sugarcane.
The answer to your question i suppose is, however long it takes them to make the stuff that makes them expert.
-The much better answer is, if someone's already expert and makes it, they deserved the rank.
--unless it's a badguy that got help to attain the rank on the 2nd day, who's already and expert, and they're only doing it to get superpowers to cause harm, but, I would certainly notice that.
