Skylord_fimbe was banned for causing lots of problems, actually. Not officially, he was banned for constantly causing problems, griefing being one of the main ones. He started by griefing cat's house in Hopetown, I told him to stop, he did it again to another person in Hopetown. I kicked and warned the next time was a ban. Finally, he started causing drama in PVP world which was the last straw. As I have said, and other OPS have said on this forums. If he really wants to be unbanned, then he should appeal.
As for the entire situation, no one is required to give back your items. Sorry you lost in PVP. =(
