Well, if you really want to, I can publicly post your IP addresses and ports. Since I know a bit about networking, your ports changed every single time you login. Which suggests either two things,
1: You have dynamic IP
2: You know how to change your IP and ports.
In either case, it doesn't matter because your account is your responsibility. You're trying to avoid the ban by addressing that it wasn't you doing the illegal activity, yet you never tried to prove your innocence with your xray usage as mrmikesimmy. We don't know you, we don't know your life, how can YOU prove to us that it was your brother, other than words?

I'm not arguing either way, but haven't we in the past repealed bans due to siblings using the account, even without much proof in those cases?

We have Indrae, thank you for pointing that out. Mrmikesimmy was friends with a team of xray users. The reason I am denying an exception is due to these circumstances.
The team of xray users who were banned, that Mrmikesimmy was "friends" with or generally lived near are:
mrplunkey
minij0ker
stephan_ng
anthonyng
All banned for the same reason, xray. Allowing mrmikesimmy back onto the server would be the same as potentially allowing any other of these people back onto the server to fulfill vendettas.
