The good part about the new server shop is that it will be buying many items as well so users can collect materials to make money. Wool will be sold in every color and will be reasonably priced. Perhaps collecting a few stacks of cobble to sell for a stack of wool would be just as easy as coloring and shearing 64 sheep yourself.

I was wondering if we could have sheep back at /warp sheepfarm. The problem with the sheep arena is that it is only good for collecting white wool. Any sheep you dye eventually end up in the lava so you go through heaps of dye trying to get colored wool. I think its great that the server shop will sell wool at a reasonable price but I don't mind shearing my own wool, its just too hard to do at sheep_arena. Thanks.

@whitelily I tried to spawn more sheep there but it didnt work =( I can't spawn any farm animals anymore actually, in any world, just mobs.
@pizza ...I hope not too reasonable. The server shop is supposed to only be a viable option when all the player shops are out of stock or you're too lazy to search them =/ not compete with them.

The server shop allows for shop owners to offer a cheaper alternative if they can, but it is not so prohibitively expensive that it shuts out the common player.

Just as indrae said, the prices will be reasonable, but still more expensive than the average shop. The main focus of the server shop will be convenience. We will have items stocked all of the time. Users can pay a bit more, but be gaurenteed a full stock of items. Me, Indrae, and pigpenguin have been working on these prices all weekend and are all but ready to implement them. I should have this finished tonight and we can give it a trial run. If it turns out that the prices are too high or too low, they can always be adjusted.
I will get on when I get home and spawn some more sheep at the wool farm

Fair enough. Maybe it would be wise to post them for the server to proof read =P all suggestions can be denied, but sounds safer before an in game test run.

i honestly feel that any more talk and this thing will be delayed another month. The prices are taken from what has been discussed in the other thread almost word for word. They are fair to everyone, including buyers, sellers, and shop keepers. They are also high enough to help with the economy. I will be finishing the signs today and everyone is welcome to visit and check them out. Discrepancies can be then brought to the forum and will be discussed or changed if needed
