Quick update with 1.11.1 and 1.11.2 differences
I've heard that in the snapshots you can still combine mending with infinity so just posting this as a quick mention
they fixed this 1.11.2, so that means that you cant enchant a mending bow with infinity and vice versa. I tested this out in my own Survival world, and it's indeed not possible anymore.
So yea..better start enchanting those bows when still you can
