I dont think factions would really bring more players in, but you can just go up to someone and go "Hey team?", "Sure" and viola! you have clan

@sonny that sounds like fun. So the mod is called 'Factions'? At the very least we can play test it on an isolated CFEW server. Yes our PVP world is technically offline right now. It has been dwindling in popularity ever since the whole 'Hunger Games' concept has taken hold. We are due for some more PvP gaming action no CFEW. We will experiment with some new ideas. Thanks for your ideas.

Yes, I don't know that we will use factions, though, because we won't have a PvP world. Instead we're planning on having some PvP arenas in a minigame world.

Thankyou for agreeing with me it would create a second life for people on the server so they could work hard at PvP world and maybe join some powerful faction.

Hate to be a downer, but I don't think a dedicated PvP world will ever really catch on. We don't really have enough people nor the ability to have enough people to provide a consistent experience.

well you can gain experience from kills and keep that when you die.
