Billy was warned twice by Acid and once by Rondo to be careful spawning mobs in CW.
He made a village and spawned around 100 NPC's witch we had to kill. He knows that he has been warned three times. So, we decided a three day ban suits this. Anyone who see's him misbehaving please consider perm-banning him.

agreed. I thought we could deal with mob spawning in CW, but i guess not. We will most likely be turning this feature off in the near future

Have people make /modreqs to ask for the spawning of a minimum number of mobs if needed
Or actually, allow ops to spawn them

we can move it to OP, but if this is abused further it will likely be deleted. this is why we cant have nice things
