hio all just something i have noticed but the forums rank and server ranks are not the same, not a big deal. also i liked the old ranks it gave us the players something to shoot for now it's like okay in 2 months there is nothing to do. i think a lot of people that where over B5 feel like they where demoted ( i know i feel like i did)
and artech rank feels hard to reach i mean only 1 person has gotten it on here. of well here is my rant of the week give me your input.

The old ranks gave players more of a reason to stay on. Even though it meant more work for OP's. I feel like it gave the OP's more of a reason to actually stay active and stay on for longer then just getting on for 5 minutes to talk.

I think we should make a complex set of ranks where everyone's rank depends on a series of ever-changing variables that no one can keep up with involving controversial or bias ridden means of labeling everyone that have no clear cut definitions to keep determining which rank someone is universal.
@bot architect is so difficult to get because of an unrealistically high bar we placed on it. Right now I believe the current plan is to wait till no one remembers the rank, then get rid of it. Shhh, don't tell anyone.
@ethan it also made others anxious to get on for fear of having to do a half hour long tour of someone's builds then have to tell them 'no sorry but you're not good enough' or just give it to them contributing to the degradation of the ranks =/ can't please um all.
@blue which old ones? The T5+ ones or the b1~h4 ones or the builder/op only ones?

@shpp, I mean builder1-3, honored4, builder5, trusted6-8, and the same op ranks, and then slowly forget trusted8 (shhhh)

I guess we could think about a new rank system if the current one doesn't give player as much of an incentive to play, we're definitely not reverting to the old ranks however. hmm, to come up with some ideas...
