I highly recomment league of legends and team fortress 2 except i dont recomment TF2 for really little kids because it contains blood and dont let small kids watch the spy's trailer meet the spy, it contains gore and blood and suggestive themes.

Tribes ascend, cave story, (world of tanks is pretty decent, but dont play it much myself), super meatboy.
