In the future, if a player is given a large plot and doesn't start any build on it, they will be removed as the owner of the plot and we will assign it to someone else.

Well if you reserve a large plot you are more certain you Will get one if one comes available.

We won't be doing an official "reservation list" per se, but precedence will be given to people who have applied first.

I believe there is at least one free large plot Toufen so feel free to apply for it. Indrae is busy irl though so not sure how long it will take him to get around to allocating it.
