I suspected that Zane was x-raying and broadcast a few friendly reminders that hacks were not allowed.
Zane then said that he didn't even know how to install hacks. I continued following him and my suspicions were then confirmed.
When I jailed him, he accused his brother. At first I didn't believe him, but when I looked at the evidence again, I came to the conclusion that there was a 98% chance that someone took over his account for a short while.
I unjailed him and confiscated all his diamonds. He also received a stern warning. Without me asking, he offered to give me some of his iron too. All items are stored in a chest - ready to be destroyed.
