Brotherarrmon was a new player and only out to be annoying and to break rules. I banned him and see no point of anything else but a permanent ban.

Also, he was repeatedly turning off the XP farm when people were using it and also spamming the lever. Amanda saw part of it, I have screenshots, but they don't tell much :/
