Ryan annoyed me a lot too ( Not today ). He has been asking me for job in my shop, but i have no jobs to give out... I said several times stop and then suddenly about 1 min. after he began spamming me with TPA messages. I will not be able to catch him in-game today or tomorrow ( My PC has been a little bit weird... o.o ). But if an OP or Admin would try to catch him and talk to him, that would be great.
About Ningax i don't have anything to say...

Yes this has happened to a lot of people unfortuatly. Nigax was doing /mail send over and over asking for a free music disc and ryan He's always trying to copy builds so he can from what i believe
1: mine it up to get more resources
2: try and use it as a build for architect.
I think this whole getting a copy of someones builds needs to stop!!! I do not want to go around to ryans place and find out he copied alll of my builds!
I think if someone wants a copy of someones build. They need to ask the owner first. It's just crazy how ryan is getting duplicates of many peoples builds without permission. I know alot of people also dont want someone to copy their builds without permission. I said to him no about copying my builds. So admins please do not let him copy and of my builds and take into consideration about what i said.
