so a few minutes ago I joined in, there was a megamanjr swearing and being purposefuly disrespectful, I was on the chat over my phone and issued a tempban but I dont know if it took effect. If it didnt please tempban him for three days or definitively if he starts swearing again

Mega for your second ban you cursed twice and you were highly disresctful to one of our OPs. We warned you, then muted, then kicked and finally when you continued to be disrespectful we gave you a 5 day ban.

You might want to put a password on your computer account, or make sure to log out of minecraft completely when you come join back. You mentioned that all your servers got you banned, I have a feeling that one of your siblings probably got on your computer and started doing that.
