Hey everyone! So recently I found out about this cool little feature about vanilla minecraft, where we can set it up so some people can have colored nametags! I have set it up on my server so staff are a different color then the usual white nametags in tab, maybe we could go through our staff and add this so people know who the staff are if they are new? Just a thought! If anyone wants to know, here is how to do it:
So first, you do:
/scoreboard teams add Staff
Then after thats added, you do:
/scoreboard teams option Staff color (color)
So after thats done, we give the permission to OPs to change themselves to this team:
/scoreboard teams join Staff (players)

Not to sure on having colours in the tab I think it just looks wrong when the tab is a rainbow :c...
If new players need to see who staff are they can type /list or /who or say "who's staff?"

I feel like it might actually be a bit confusing? Like people will be asking a lot about why some people have colored names and others don't.
And like Myly (Myles) said they could always just ask "Who's staff?"

I think this is a great idea personally though.

I don't really think we have a need for different name colours to recignise staff etc. as already said players can just do /who or ask if theres any staff.
Also this system might also clash with our pvp arenas. If someone is pvping a player may do tab and see someone has a different colour for there name, mistaking them for staff, keaving some players confused about who is staff and who isnt.
