I checked her previous ban report, it looks like that building was from the grief incident which she was already banned for.

It was done on the same dates from the looks of the screenshots, so I think it's safe to just junk this thread as a false positive, since otherwise it could cause worry and confusion. Good spotting though Mitch, lol.
