ok so i was told we need more towns in sw. so i went out infront of my house and placed a boundries sign. noone lives there yet. i hope to get mayor before someone else moves in and steals it. it's just called masterchieflg's town

you must have a town with...
-at least 3 people living in it
-roads connecting each build
-at least 5 builds. (i think? i cant reference anything)
-a farm
is there anything else?

"Has a town that contains at least 10 builds with builds from at least 3 other people included. All builds must be connected by roads. The town must also include a shop and a farm. Buildings must be to a good standard (ie. show a good variety of design and block usage). This rank has to be applied for on the forum in the Player Promotions section." So everything Spike mentioned plus a shop that qualifies for the Trader rank, and 10 builds.
Emphasis on "buildings must be to a good standard".
