as some of you may know skylord fimbe has griefed alot i reckon we should do something about it
heres an example after he promised to give cuppanda his/her items back in pvp he steals them

Well, point is he promised to give the items back beforehand. Even if it isn't against rules to trick people into coming into pvp and killing them for their items, it's still immoral, and not a very trustworthy act. That in itself isn't worth a ban, but players should know to be wary around him.

Skylord has been warned. He has two accounts, skylord_fimbe, and fimbe6. If it's found he causes an incident like this again, he will not only have both accounts banned, but he will also be IP banned. Along with other players on the server, we have tried to ask him to return items taken from others after saying he would, yet he will not do so.
What he is doing is not against the rules, but it is causing a generally unpleasant atmosphere when he is online, due to his dishonesty, by tricking people to pvp against him. He also has said that he did not actually assure players he would return any items after pvp, yet it has been seen that he did say this before pvp-ing against players. This can easily be checked by looking over the chat logs for the times he has been online. Again, what he has done is not against the rules, but it is causing drama. We do not need players that will disregard others, and lie in this way. More than that, we do not need the drama that is caused because of these actions.

I was online asking skylord if he had gotten everyones stuff back, and this happened. I took screenies of it.
