Actually you can have too many. We work to not outnumber main players.
We dont promote when people ask, we decide over watching you in game if your a good candidate.

Especially when a member has just been promoted immediately to Honored. Please do not ask for a staff rank, thanks.

Also, this server doesn't get too many new players, so there will always be someone who wants to be staff, but can't because "There's too many"
And why would anyone feel uneasy about having too many staff? They should only be concerned about that if they're breaking rules. Even if they aren't, its unlikely they would be concerned anyway. It's always good to have a lot of staff, in case some have to go to school, or are on vacation and don't own a laptop. Also, if you ask me, I don't think I need to worry about hackers or other types of rule-breakers when there is a lot of staff.

Askign right after you get a promotion bassically means you didnt want the rank just to be in a higher status among players. you were gunning straight for staff. Thats not what this server is about.

Really all I want is to be able to nick myself and I did want to be Honored, but then I found out I couldn't nick myself. It's kinda rude to assume that I was going straight for staff. even though I WAS, It's only because I wanted to nick myself.

We hold high standards for our staff here. Just wanting staff to be able to nick yourself isn't what we are looking for when it comes to having new OPits. Luckily for you it is super simple to ask a staff member to give you a nick! Just ask any staff member in game and they will hook you up!
