Play the SW $$LOTTO$$ - pigpenguin - 08-01-2016
Hello CFEW!
I've just begun a trial run of my SW redstone lottery machine. I will likely tinker with the odds and prizes in the future. Give me some feedback during this period!
Heres how it works:
Place a single gold ingot into the dropper on the left side. A chest minecart will drop to your right. Only gold ingots will be recognized.
Place a single diamond into the chest minecart. Aim at the latch of the chest if you have trouble opening it. Press the button to send the minecart off. You will hear a few notes when the diamond has been recognized.
Every diamond increases the jackpot by one diamond. The size of the jackpot is indicated by a row of glowstone lamps.
- Every time you play, you activate the "3 Shooter". It dispenses 3 items, each item having a 2/9 chance of being gold.
- The odds of hitting the jackpot are currently 1/24. You'll likely be winning well over a dozen diamonds for every jackpot! Hitting the jackpot also activates the 3 shooter.
The machine is located underground. The entrance is a plot in front of the SW Bank out in the main spawn area. Snub and I will be building a real entrance and interior once he gets back from vacation in a few weeks.
Get over there and start building that jackpot! Remember that even if you don't win the jackpot, you still hit the 3 shooter!
