I am citizen 18 and large plot is not large enough , can i get an huge plot??

What do you want to build on this plot, out of interest, and I assume you mean a Mega?

Mega plots are reserved for our Architects and people of Honored+ rank only. We don't give out Mega's unless someone has proven they will use it well.
