2. Not sure what time and date but it was definitely more than 2 and a half years ago

I can't remember as it was 2 and a half years ago but according to this thread I found it was because "Blaiz has constantly broken multiple rules, has been banned before, and continues to disrespect players and OP's wishes. I have permanently banned him because of the amount of times he has been banned, muted, kicked, and breaking rules daily."

I would also like to add that my in game name at the time was either BlaizPlays or Blaizplayz or MorganFreeman08
If anyone has any extra details on the ban please enlighten me in the comments
I would also like to add that I think I have changed from when I had broken rules daily according to the thread as I don't believe I have been banned or kicked or anything on any servers after this.
