it was discovered by someone other than myself that you and Mrmikesimmy are, in fact, the same person. Creating another account is not a correct way to get around a ban, so you have been IP banned. This can be your appeal thread, if you care to make one

it was found that you were both using the same IP address to access the server. A name can be changed, but the IP is a little bit harder

i use the same computer as many people.. i have 4 brothers... they all have minecraft... i dont know their account names.... how can i be banned for somthing that my brother(s) might have done?....
ALSO... where did you get the idea that i use xray?

I dont get along with my brothers... i barely even see them... we have STRICT timings on the pc... which my mother had to work for for all of our Christmas presents... please dont question my family...

I think your avatar, as well as your demeanor, tells us all we need to know. The ban will stay unless you can provide concrete proof otherwise

We had enough reason to believe from your own actions/words as well as the physical evidence of IPs (if you can call that physical) that you are the same person even if you do have brothers on the same IP. You tried too hard to distance yourself from your past account, making a trail to lead us back to banning you =/ good luck in your future servers.
On a separate note, if you are in fact telling the truth, I'm sorry for these conclusions. If someone wishes to provide the full evidence to him go ahead, but I believe doing so will just make him more capable of trolling/ban skipping in the future.
Appeal denied: ban skipping.
