Yes, server time runs on EST, where the server is located, Ohio U.S. Clownfish sometimes goes into different areas, traveling for business, so he won't always respond in a timely manner. =)
If you need anything from the Admin team, we would be more than happy to help you. If it's something only Clown can handle, I understand.
