I'm not sure if he's already banned, but swapzor griefed a large area around /warp minemall. Ban on sight, don't bother letting him appeal. It was intentional and idiotic.
screen shot is just one snow building. There are floodings and many other buildings griefed as well. If an admin could restore the area, might make things look better.

Player has been banned. Just in case he has griefed anywhere I couldn't find, I rolled back every single block edit he has done since 110 days. His house was built longer than records exist so it is still there for the server's sake.
