Standing90 Ban - Ethanthomas619 - 09-05-2012
Earlier standing was cursing and using caps. (shown in screen shots that drag took). And then when drag told me about it. i got on the server and vanished to see if he would do anything. About 5 minutes later he started doing it again. i warned him once. he kept doing it. i muted him for 2 minutes. he kept doing it. then i banned him for 1 day. (unsure what bans require what limit). I told him he could appeal on here or come back tomorrow. but if he does it again tomorrow that i would give him a perm ban.

[edited by shpp:tell facts not judgement] He randomly hit me in Adventure World and used a swear abbreviation.

Just to let you know, PvP in AW right now is enabled... so technically it's not against the rules.

@justin he was pointing out that he used a swear abbreviation to avoid the swear filter.
@magmus please get a screenshot next time.
@ethan as policy, perm ban anyone who you see purposefully subverting the swear filter so that they can get their curse to public chat. If they do so, they obviously know we put the effort in to install a plugin to stop it and that it's against the rules and still they put in the effort to make their pathetic vocabulary known. They don't wish to be warned that it's against the rules and we must respect that wish by skipping to the next step in banning. Don't say you don't like to perm ban people. You're an OP, enforce the rules >:O

In the future, I want to create a list of standard bans that we have on our server that include ban times. This should help with any confusion when deciding on how long to ban a player. Please provide your input in the OP section
