A New 1.13 Map for SW

Ok I got a crazy idea.. but I dunno if it is a good one. What if we didn't share inventory for the first 3 months of the map.. maybe 6 months.. but then eventually, once everyone was on an even keel, we could switch to shared inventories! Any thoughts on a plan like that.. and how long until we share.. 3 months or 6 months?

Once again I believe the simplest answer is to just share the inventories; people who want a fresh start are welcomed to do so but people who don't want a restart aren't forced to do so.

..Also I thought this was cleared up, didn't realize we were still looking for solutions..

And also, by the time the inventories would be shared again people would have already regained their previous items and whatnot; therefore the sharing would be near pointless, except for maybe bringing over mementos or something of the sort. And I don't exactly see why people should be on an "even keel" so to speak, as I don't think there's any problem with people being stronger than others.

Also, (this isn't true for everyone) but I've noticed that people that are usually playing on SW have voted for no inventory reset; whereas people who don't exactly play in SW too often have voted yes.

I understand what you are saying Ham, I was just looking for a compromise, to try and satisfy both parties. While people do have the option to start afresh, it will take a lot of willpower! Also there is a lot of fun in the first month or two of a map when everyone starts with nothing. There is a real camaraderie that develops, as people reach out to share resources, everybody feeling 'in the same boat', everybody going through the same pain!

Lets think it over. Any other opinions on this idea?
