fartshell (cursing, taunting, spamming chat)

Fartshell was found in chat log to be 'cursing lots', 'taunting players', and 'spamming chat with the letter 't' dozens of times..

Example from chat log (warning bad lang):

2012-06-29 23:39:51 [INFO] <Guest[-[fartshell[> u dont have the power to ban me p***y

He is banned.
