I just found it funny how he griefed an op. Like most people would be like "DUDE! What if this is an op?" And he didnt second guess it XD.

Griefers have many reasons for why they wish to do so and they don't care about authority. I can speak from experience as I used to be a griefer. Try to at least get him to confess for further evidence so he at least knows that you know or something like that.
