"dramatech was promoted by Lily on the 12th of November and is eligible for another promotion on the 12th of December"
For Each Promotion, for example: From Member to Honored, or from Crafter to Builder, We have a system where there is a 1 month period between each promotion. As For Honored, When the time is right, OPs will go to your topic post on the forums (This One) and will say "I recommend dramatech for honored because -----", You will need 3 OPs recommendations to become Honored. The one month waiting period actually only applies to Member -> Honored. The ranks in each world do not have a waiting period, but have other requirements.
