This griefing occurred before the griefing that was appealed and forgiven for and thus holds little weight but a reinforcement of how terrible past griefings were if he (or his account) happens to do it again. If we truly forgive the previous transaction, then I think this should be ignored. This did happen a month before the other sighting of griefing though, and if his control over his account was that loose... we should probably watch him for any other rule breaking.

Those who fight for justice must walk a narrow path, for those who complain about the injustice of the world usually end up being the ones committing those injustices later on.

I wouldn't quite say ignore, but simply bear it in mind... I do agree he shouldn't be banned for something which happened in retrospect of a later ban, since it's likely he has reformed since then, but it's probably best to be wary if he's done more griefing.

But.... One thing. A server ip is stored on the computer it has been written on. It would be impossible to get the ip from another location without calling each other or using a programme like Skype. I think it is not futchie friend that did it I think it really was him.
